Cacao de Mer Subscription Terms & Conditions

1. Overview - These Subscription Terms & Conditions apply to all subscription purchases made through the Cacao de Mer website.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to recurring billing for the selected product at the chosen billing interval in accordance with the terms below.

2. Subscription Products - Cacao de Mer currently offers the following subscription options:

150g Ritual Subscription - A subscription delivered monthly for a fixed period of three months. One pouch of cacao will be delivered each month for three billing cycles. The subscription will complete automatically after the third delivery.

500g Ritual Subscription - A subscription delivered monthly with a minimum commitment of three months. After the first three billing cycles, the subscription will continue on a rolling monthly basis until cancelled.

3. Billing - Subscription payments are processed automatically using the payment method provided at checkout.

Billing occurs on the same date each month as the original subscription purchase date, unless otherwise stated.

By subscribing, you authorise Cacao de Mer to charge your chosen payment method for each billing cycle until the subscription completes or is cancelled in accordance with these terms.

4. Minimum Subscription Period - Both subscription options require a minimum commitment of three billing cycles.

For the 150g subscription, the subscription completes automatically after three deliveries.

For the 500g subscription, the subscription will continue on a rolling monthly basis after the initial three-month period until cancelled.

5. Managing Your Subscription - Customers may manage their subscription through their Cacao de Mer customer account.

Depending on system functionality, customers may be able to:

• update their shipping address
• update payment details
• cancel their subscription (where applicable)

As Cacao de Mer currently uses a basic subscription system, some features, such as skipping individual deliveries, may not be available.

6. Cancellation - 150g Subscription - This subscription runs for a fixed three-month period and will complete automatically after the third delivery.

500g Subscription - This subscription may be cancelled at any time after the initial three-month period, provided cancellation is made before the next billing date.

If cancellation occurs after a billing payment has been processed, the current order will normally still be fulfilled.

7. Shipping and Dispatch - Subscription orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 2 working days after payment has been processed.

Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination.

8. Failed Payments - If a subscription payment cannot be processed, Cacao de Mer may attempt to process the payment again.

If payment cannot be completed, the subscription may be paused or cancelled until valid payment details are provided.

9. Changes to Subscription Products or Pricing - Cacao de Mer reserves the right to make reasonable changes to subscription pricing, product availability or shipping arrangements.

Customers will be notified in advance, where possible, if any changes affect their subscription.

10. Returns and Refunds - Due to the nature of food products, opened cacao products cannot be returned.

If a product arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the matter.
